GfK ups stake in Dmrkynetec
German group now 75% owner of agricultural and animal health market specialist
UK-- GfK has increased its shareholding in agricultural and animal health market research specialist Dmrkynetec to 75%.
The German research group took a minority 26% shareholding in the business last July in exchange for its subsidiaries M2A and GfK Animal Health, which were integrated into Dmrkynetec.
On 1 February, GfK bought an additional 49% stake in the business, which is headed by CEO Stephen Hearn.
