US — Digital data collection company Research Now has announced that private equity firm Court Square Capital Partners is to acquire shares in the company from a group of shareholders.
TA Associates, Polaris Partners and Sutter Hill Ventures are among those selling their interests to Court Square Capital Partners.
Kurt Knapton, president and CEO of Research Now said: “With Court Square’s assistance, we plan to invest even more aggressively in new product and technology offerings, and in furthering the company’s global presence.”
The existing management team will remain in place. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
