CANADA— iPerceptions, a maker of tools for measuring online customer satisfaction and experience, has posted record revenue for the third quarter of 2011 following a 16% rise in sales and a 54% reduction in operating losses.
Third quarter revenue hit C$1.41m while operating losses fell from C$115,195 to C$53,526.
CEO and president Claude Guay (pictured) said: “iPerceptions has reported record revenues for three out of the last four quarters. Many factors have contributed to our financial success, including renewing and acquiring enterprise clients and continuously bringing new products and solutions to the market.”
New customers include Cox Communications and Time Inc and renewed contracts include Comcast, Norwegian Cruise Line, Monster, Kodak and Lenovo.
