InSites Consulting revenue passes €16m in 2011

BELGIUM— InSites Consulting has posted a 28% increase in annual revenue to €16m.

The company, headquartered in Belgium, but with offices in Holland, the UK, Romania and the US, attributes 20% of its business to market research online communities (MROCs).

Chief strategy officer Tim Duhamel (pictured) said MROCs are “one of our main growth axes for the future”.

“It combines old and new techniques, integrates solid research know-how with more creative and non-traditional skills, provides our clients with fluid and always-on knowledge collection capabilities, and allows an ‘insights-on-demand’ capability,” said Duhamel.

Meanwhile, the company has named Magali Geens as a partner, its ninth, while promoting Hakim Zemni and Ramon Pardo to managing directors of Belgium and Holland respectively.

InSites’ innovation team, ForwaR&D Lab, has also taken on four new people: Anouk Willems, Elias Veris, Bas De Luik and Thomas Troch.
