US— Online panel software provider Globalpark has reported a 35% jump in revenue to €2.5m for the second quarter of 2009 compared to the same period last year.

The firm said it secured new business from “several” research agencies during the quarter, including Touchstone Research, and won repeat business from existing customers including Acosta, which signed up to use the latest version of Globalpark’s Enterprise Feedback Suite (EFS).

Mark Pedote, Acosta’s director of research, said: “We want to take a qualitative and quantitative approach to our research and plan to use the new platform to build a branded community around health and beauty care products.”

Touchstone, meanwhile, will use EFS to manage research panels and communities for youth and families.

Globalpark is headed by CEO Lorenz Gräf (pictured).
