UK — Dunnhumby has selected Toluna’s technology platform to power its behavioural attitudinal research platform, dunnhumby BAR.
Dunnhumby BAR gathers real-time attitudinal data from shoppers, and Toluna’s technology platform now provides dunnhumby BAR users with access to tools such as on-demand survey creation, targeting and fielding of surveys, as well as reporting and data visualisation.
“Dunnhumby BAR integrates attitudes and behaviours to provide a complete view into brand usage, attitude and perception, allowing brands to compare themselves to their competitors,” said Julian Highley, global director customer knowledge at dunnhumby.
“This level of insight empowers brands to make truly informed decisions that can guide the future of their business.”
