US — Social media analytics company Digimind has announced the launch of its latest tool, Panorama.
Panorama is an online brand reputation tool which combines information on owned media, earned media and search reputation on a single page.
“We recognise that measuring social ROI is a top priority for our clients, and we are very pleased to offer Panorama as a means to connect the dots between social strategy and achieved results in an instant, ” says Paul Vivant, CEO of Digimind.
Designed to give companies a “global overview of their online brand image”, according to the company the KPIs in Panorama alert marketers and agencies to emerging crises, competitor campaigns, important events, and customer feedback, among other elements.
