Creston integrates MSTS into Marketing Sciences

Sensory panel company becomes a division of product development firm

UK-- Creston has reorganised its insight division by integrating sensory panel firm MSTS into product development specialist Marketing Sciences.

Keith Bates, managing director at Marketing Sciences, told Research: “We have been working together for a number of years so this is natural progression.”

The move enables Marketing Sciences to offer clients a complete product innovation and evaluation service, Bates said.

All MSTS staff have been offered a transfer from its base in Westerham, Kent to the Marketing Science headquarters in Winchester, Hampshire.

Bates said that the MSTS name will be kept and it will “effectively be a division” of Marketing Sciences.

Marketing Sciences is also working closely with CML Research, a specialist qualitative agency under the Creston umbrella, to offer clients qualitative services and Jo Storry has been appointed as group research director to lead joint projects.

Bates said that the collaboration between Marketing Sciences and CML was already generating new business and received a good reaction from clients.
