ABa Quality Monitoring has been appointed by the Post Office to carry out a mystery shopping programme throughout 2009 and 2010. The firm has also won a contract from HSBC to develop and manage a call centre project for its business banking division.
US social media marketing agency Reprise Media has partnered with online audience measurement firm Visible Measures to expand its social video tracking capabilities. The deal will enable Reprise's clients to see how many people watch, comment on or share their videos.
Fashion retailer M and M Direct in the UK has chosen marketing software provider Smartfocus to design and build a single customer view database. The database will allow the retailer to view consumer and transaction data and give greater insight into each customer's behaviour.
