Ci Research opens financial services practice

UK-- Ci Research has formed a new financial services team to be led by Colin Auton.

The four-strong unit – drafted from other parts of the business – is the second specialist team the firm has created following the launch of the public sector practice in 2006.

Colin Auton, a director at the firm who was previously market research manager at Bank of Scotland, said: “We've formed this new team because we believe it is important for any market research company to align itself with the sectors that have most to gain from its expertise.”

The firm is offering clients in the financial sector free questions in an online survey with a panel of 16- to 26-year-olds to coincide with the launch.

Auton said: “It is the first time we've offered free questions to the financial services sector. The response we've had had has been fantastic and we're delighted that so many organisations have taken the opportunity to provide their input to the survey.”
