Canada's Itracks sells call centre to Advanis

Custom agency buys online data collection firm's 24-seat facility in Kenaston

CANADA-- Online data collection firm Itracks has sold its 24-seat call centre in Kenaston, Saskatchewan to custom research agency Advanis.

Itracks president and CEO Dan Weber said the move allows the company to focus on its core online offering, though it will still provide clients access to telephone services through a partnership agreement with Advanis going forward.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but with the addition of the Kenaston facility Advanis now boasts a network of over 250 call stations.

Itracks opened the Kenaston facility in February 2007. It previously operated a call centre with around 60 stations in Saskatoon – where the company's head office is based – but that was closed.
