Eleven research firms eligible to bid for $250,000-plus contracts

AUSTRALIA-- The Australian government has published its Communications Multi-Use List (CMUL) for 2009, a framework of research, advertising and communications agencies eligible to bid for government contracts worth $250,000 or more.

Eleven market research agencies met the criteria to join the framework, which comes into effect at the end of March.

They were Elliot & Shanahan Research, Ekas Marketing Research Services, Enhance Management, GfK Blue Moon Research and Planning, Horizon Research, Ideas Group Australia, Ipsos-Eureka Social Research Institute, Market Access Consulting and Research, Naked Communications, UMR Research and Woolcott Research.

The list will remain open to new applicants and will be progressively updated, the government said.
