‘Good end to a good year' for SPSS

Fourth quarter revenue up 12%; full-year revenue up 11%

US-- MR software firm SPSS has posted fourth quarter revenues up 12% to $79.6m – “a good end to a good year,” said CEO Jack Noonan.

Noonan said growth was “powered” by sales of the company's data mining tools, which augmented “another solid increase” in new licenses of statistical products.

Full-year revenue increased 11% to $291m. For the first quarter of 2008, SPSS is targeting sales in the region of $73m to $75m.
