$4m backing for Neely's Networked Insights

Community builder launches with backing from Kegonsa Capital

US-- Online community builder Networked Insights officially launched this month with more than $4m in venture capital behind it.

The Wisconsin-based startup aims to work with companies to create tailored forums for their customers to discuss their wants, needs and opinions, before taking that feedback and applying it to the business decision-making process.

It is the brainchild of Dan Neely, the founder of Market Performance Partners and a former director of strategy for internet consulting firm Scient.

Networked Insights is backed by Kegonsa Capital, and recently secured its first client – art and crafts retailer The Guild. More than 500 people have signed up to the ‘Artful Community' since October.
