Two weeks ago a group of German market research associations launched a poster and radio advertising campaign to promote the value of the industry to the public.

We speak to Hartmut Scheffler of research agency association ADM about the industry’s efforts to explain its work, and the need to draw a clear line between research and marketing activities.
