The company will now be known as hps MM-Eye and its 18 staff will bring hps group’s headcount to 242 and its turnover to £27 million.

Hps MM-Eye will become the fifth wholly-owned specialist company within the group, joining video content and motion graphics producers Breakfast of Champions; PR, sponsorship and events agency hps jardine; field marketing and retail promotions specialist, hps retail7; and digital development business hps india.

It comes at an exciting time for the group. We are celebrating our fortieth anniversary and have more than doubled the size of the business in the past four years.”
