All claims dismissed in Luck's court fight with OTX

US— A district court judge has signed off on a dismissal of all legal claims and counterclaims brought by and against Kristin Luck and her former employer OTX.

According to a court order dated 7 October 2010, all claims have been dismissed with prejudice.

Luck (pictured), a co-founder of OTX, sued the online research firm for money allegedly owed to her both in connection with OTX’s sale to Ipsos for $71m and for $82,000 in unpaid settlement relating to the termination of her employment contract in December 2005.

OTX hit back with a counterclaim, accusing Luck of breach of contract and unfair business practices. Luck’s former business, Forefront Consulting Group, and her current employer, Decipher, were also named as third-party defendants in the action.

A ‘notice of settlement’ was filed in August, but the terms of any settlement have not been disclosed.
